The Guidarelli Process
Initial Consultation
This first conversation, typically over the phone, gives you, the homeowner, a chance to describe your current situation and outline your goals for your project. The Guidarelli team begins its research and preparation before our first face-to-face meeting.
Analysis of Needs
At our first face-to-face meeting – typically at your home or building site – we get to know each other and determine the scope of the project. You show us what you have in mind for your addition, renovation or new construction, and we make sure we have all the information needed to define the scope of the project. The meeting gives both of us a chance to decide if the relationship and project is a good fit.
Design
After we have agreed to move forward together, we begin designing the project and determining the materials to be used. With this information, we can give you an initial project price estimate. We will guide you through the selections to help you create a space with the features to suit your needs. This is where our depth of experience shines.
Project Planning
Now that we have everything on paper, we work with your schedule to establish the timeline for the project. Drawing on decades of relationship building with the Capital Region’s most skilled tradesmen and suppliers, we select the team of skilled craftsmen for your project and order materials.
Project execution
As construction begins, the Guidarelli team meets with our tradesmen each day to review progress. We make ourselves available to meet with you daily to discuss your questions or concerns. We ensure that the project is proceeding according to schedule and budget and that the workspace is clean and safe for your family and our crews during daily construction and after they leave for the day. We treat your home as if it were our own.
